Thoughts and Thanks On Becoming A Nationally-Ranked Public Affairs Firm

The NCAA Tournament rankings aren’t the only national rankings making news this month (although we are certainly excited to see Texas Tech ranked #3 in the Western Region of the NCAA Tournament!). Last week, we had the distinct pleasure – and surprise – of learning that we’ve been ranked as the #2 Public Affairs firm in the country on the Clutch 2022 B2B Leaders chart.

As a DC-based public affairs firm working with clients across the country, we think any ranking is a good ranking. But #2 in the nation? Wow! That’s amazing and very much appreciated.

This recognition means even more to us because of where it comes from: Clutch is an established business platform located in the heart of Washington, D.C., committed to helping small, mid-market, and enterprise businesses identify and connect with the service providers they need to achieve their goals. It’s always nice to be recognized by a firm located in your hometown and it’s even better when that recognition brings national significance with it. Thanks to Clutch for including us in your listing!

And thanks as well to our fantastic clients – four of whom have provided reviews about our work to Clutch which factored in to our ranking. We’ve had the good fortune over the past 7+ years of working with an amazing array of leading companies, organizations, coalitions, alliances, foundations and NGOs. We're thankful to all of them for the opportunities to do good work with good people.

This kind of recognition demonstrates that effectiveness doesn’t depend on size. We think to think of ourselves as small but mighty and this ranking certainly affirms that for all of us. It also provides encouragement to keep doing what we’re doing and tells us that our efforts on behalf of our clients are making a difference that matters. On behalf of our awesome Team, thanks to our fantastic clients for making this new national ranking possible.
