A New Collaboration

In the more than two years since we launched the “Collaborations” program as part of the RENEWPR team, we’ve been working to tweak the model for maximum effectiveness. Part of that is ensuring we’re working with the right partners.

Today we’re announcing a new partner that we’re sure will be a good fit, and not just because of their name: EnviroMedia is a national leader in environmental marketing and communications. The EnviroMedia team has worked with a who’s who of environmental leaders on energy, sustainable transportation, recycling and water use campaigns. As the Austin-based firm’s website proclaims, they’ve been “making better happen” since 1997. And EnviroMedia is not only an LGBTBE (like us), but a certified woman-owned business and a B Corporation. They don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk. Who wouldn’t want to work with a team like that?!

EnviroMedia offers six core services: Research & Insights, Creative Services, Outreach & Experiential Marketing, Public Relations, Social & Digital and Media Planning & Buying. As the newest member of our Collaborations program, the EnviroMedia team will work with us to identify opportunities for collaboration on programs as diverse as energy and environmental communications, LGBT consumer engagement and Washington public affairs programs.

We couldn’t be more excited to have the good fortune to work with a team of professionals of this caliber who also happen to be good people doing good work. We’ve already had the good fortune to collaborate with Valerie Salinas-Davis, Millie Salinas-Davis and their team (including our friend Zach Hyder) and we’re looking forward to new opportunities in the months ahead (starting with joint participation in two conferences in August and October of this year).

Our Collaborations program – which comprises partnerships between RENEWPR and leading public engagement firms across the country – gives us the opportunity to offer communications and issue-specific counsel to the relevant clients of those non-PR firms. With the addition of EnviroMedia, we’re now collaborating with three firms that together specialize in event planning and fundraising, business strategy and public policy and environment and energy marketing communications and advertising.

Stay tuned for updates on all of our collaborations on our Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages – and please like and follow us there as well.
