New Year, New Website, New Business Anniversary

Exactly one month ago, Friday, January 23, 2026, was our eleventh anniversary in business. For the first time ever on a business anniversary, the day came and went without any notification from us. We were just too busy with the start of the year, the approaching winter storm (thanks Fern!) and life in general. But we’re not ones to miss an opportunity to celebrate a milestone so we’re doing that now, just one month later.

This year’s celebration is all about the business and what’s to come in the months ahead. We’ve added two new clients this year (more on that later) and we’re preparing to relaunch the RENEWPR LGBTQIA Scholarship in a new home as well (ditto on the updates later so stay tuned). We’ve also launched a brand new website with new features, functionality and a fresh new look. If you’re not reading this post on that new website, head over to it now to check it out: www.renewpr.com.

In 2026, a new website launch is not news. But it means a lot to us, because it demonstrates our continued commitment to our clients, our Team, our work and our industry. So, allow us to be excited even if only for a few days. And in honor of our 11th anniversary in business, allow us to share eleven reasons we’re excited about our new website:

1)    We’ve added a video to the Home page that showcases our energy and environment interest and expertise.

2)    The site highlights motion with moving graphics and video and is much more updated and modern throughout.

3)    We’ve revamped the Team page to highlight our team more prominently and we are featuring them on the Home page as well.

4)    We’ve added a new section on “RENEWPR in the News” to highlight the commentary, news coverage and interviews and podcasts about us and the firm.

5)    We’ve added a new moving banner featuring our client logos on the home page and the Work page of the website, giving greater prominence to the outstanding businesses and organizations we’ve been fortunate enough to work with over the past 11 years.

6)    We’ve revamped the News section to include new categories and made the layout more readable and interesting.

7)    We’ve moved content around to make finding the information you want more intuitive.

8)    We’ve added a new subscription feature to allow you to sign-up to receive an update every time we publish a new blog post (it’s in the footer of every page so scroll down to find it).

9)    We’ve added a Privacy Policy to conform to updated website standards.

10) We’ve added an Accessibility Statement to commit to ensuring the information we present is accessible to all.

11) We’ve put our mission statement front and center on the home page: “Restoring common sense to communications.”

Eleven years has come and gone in a flash, but we also remember every challenge, every opportunity, every victory and every time we persevered. We’re going to rely on all of those memories and the fantastic community of clients, colleagues, collaborators and friends we’ve built since launching on January 23, 2015 in the years ahead. Thank you for being there for us and for your continued support of our work. Onward!
